The Underground Retreat, this session is designed to downregulate your nervous system and guide you back to a state of inner calm through the power of sound.

What to Expect:

• The Journey: Bernadeta will lead a 90-minute immersive soundscape. Using a blend of heart-led intuition and trained expertise, she will weave together the resonant tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, frame drums, and tuning forks.
