Who is this for?
This Retreat is for anyone that has ever thought: “I wish I had more time to write.” Anyone that finds joy and meaning in writing: professional writers, academics, bloggers, novelists, poets, or anyone that simply likes processing life through the motion of a pen on a paper.
Writing is a practice. Completing a writing project requires courage, persistence and habit. Yet for many of us, writing time keeps being buried under a mountain of to-do’s and silenced by the noise of the busy world.
So we have created this writing and yoga retreat to make space for anyone who feels called to step away from the busyness of life, is willing to remove all the obstacles and distractions that keep them from writing (including your phone!), and is ready to step into presence, nature and nourishment.
