This 2-hour immersive experience is an invitation to pull back from the noise and journey inward. Held in the quiet, candlelit sanctuary of Be. The Underground Retreat, this session is designed to downregulate your nervous system and guide you back to a state of inner calm through the power of sound.
What to Expect:
The Journey: Bernadeta will lead a 90-minute immersive soundscape. Using a blend of heart-led intuition and trained expertise, she will weave together the resonant tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, frame drums, and tuning forks.
The Practice: As the sound frequencies wash over you, the mind softens and the body releases tension. This combination is crafted to dissolve mental and emotional barriers, allowing for a profound sense of presence and "coming home" to yourself.
