Chakra Sounds: Yin Yoga & Live Music

This gathering will begin with a short cacao meditation that invites us to arrive fully and soften into the experience.

The practice that follows has been created with the intention of inviting energetic balance. This journey will have seven stops: one for each of the main Chakras of the energetic body. In each one of these stops, we will spend some time inhabiting a Yin posture that targets one of those centres and receiving a specific melody for that same Chakra (played live and Hannah).

Important Notes:

• The Chakra system is simply one of many lenses through which we can view the human experience. If it is not the lenses you normally use, you can still benefit from this practice. Each of these energetic centres represent an aspect of this experience (for example: creativity, expression, vision) whether or not you see those aspects as a place in the body.

• This practice is open to anyone that is interested in exploring this perspective, regardless of their level of experience.
