We all know that a tired body and mind changes your patience and restricts ease (on a mental, physical and emotional level). During autumn, everyone can benefit from spending some time horizontally, just like the fallen leaves, surrendering to Earth’s pull and letting the body be held in ways that don’t use up precious energy but instead, replenish it. So much of our time is spent either doing or thinking about doing, and unless you’re really committed to being balanced, sleep at night might be the only time where you might pause, resting seems to be a radical act, one that we all benefit from. Can you imagine how the world be if all people felt rested?
