Sound Healing for the Heart with Nicky
This 2-hour immersive experience is an invitation to pull back from the noise and journey inward. Held in the quiet, candlelit sanctuary of Be. The Underground Retreat, this session is designed to downregulate your nervous system and guide you back to a state of inner calm through the power of heart-centred sound.
What to Expect:
The Journey: Nicky will lead a deeply nurturing sound meditation session. Through the soothing vibrations and sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, you will be guided into a space of profound rest and reflection
The Practice: This is an invitation to reconnect with your inherent inner sovereignty and gently navigate the emotional landscape of change. The sound helps you soften, release, and begin to rebuild a sense of inner steadiness
