​The Heart Song with Hannah: A Vocal Song Bath

This gathering will begin with a short cacao meditation that invites us to arrive fully and soften into the experience.

A grounding and restful evening with vocal sound bath of songs from Hannah's heart to yours!

Important Notes:

• We provide all necessary equipment (mats, blankets, bolsters) but encourage you to bring any extras you might need.  You will spend the majority of the time lying down - bring anything that can make this more comfortable and restful (extra pillows, or blankets or even a padded mat)

• Bring comfortable and unrestricting clothes
