This 2-hour immersive experience is an invitation to pull back from the noise and journey inward. Held in the quiet, candlelit sanctuary of Be. The Underground Retreat, this session is designed to help you identify what you are carrying and—more importantly—how to finally let it go.
What to Expect:
The Journey: Gareth leads a session focused on undoing the impact the modern world has on our internal systems. It is an exploration of emotional hygiene, designed to help you clear the "old emotional crap" that often gets projected onto our lives and loved ones.
The Practice: Described as an "emotional laxative," Gareth’s approach is about deep release. Expect a raw, honest, and transformative process that encourages you to soften your defenses and clear out internal blockages to make room for genuine inner guidance.
