As we transition into late summer, the earth beneath us invites us to slow down, harvest our energy, and seek true nourishment. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, August belongs to the Earth Element: the element of stability, grounding, and digestion. When our Earth lines are out of balance, we can easily feel anxious, overstretched, and stuck in our thinking minds.
This workshop is a collaborative, physical and energetic practice designed to bring your system back into alignment.
