Yin & Shiatsu: The Art Of Letting Go

This is a collaborative, physical and energetic practice designed to bring your system back into alignment. A practice that invites us to attune to the rhythms of nature and embody the season of letting go!
While Ri gently guides you into deeply restorative, floor-based Yin shapes, Gaia will move around the room offering hands-on pressure to your meridian lines. Note: this pressure is applied on fully clothed body and there is no need to remove any clothes or wear anything specific, just comfortable !
What to Expect:
Grounding: Yin practice guided by Ri with postures specifically chosen to target the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, helping to take residency in the body and the space around you, by connecting to the fluidity of life and each moment
