meet RiTA

Rita’s approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that the practice is a soulful dialogue between effort and surrender. Since beginning her journey with Hatha Yoga and Buddhist meditation in 2008, yoga has become her "way home"—a sanctuary she first discovered while navigating a life shaped by deep-seated anxiety and the pressure to be someone she wasn’t.

“Having tried several yoga classes, Rita brought something else to my yoga experience, that no one else has. I always feel at ease, and less worried about the pose and how it looks, but more grounded."

A weekend flow that harmonises the yin and yang aspects of yoga and life.

Sunrise Flow

A balanced yoga flow to step into the day in an unrushed and intentional way.

Floating Nidra

Midday reset with a deeply nourishing yoga nidra practice guided in hammocks.
