Rita’s approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that the practice is a soulful dialogue between effort and surrender. Since beginning her journey with Hatha Yoga and Buddhist meditation in 2008, yoga has become her "way home"—a sanctuary she first discovered while navigating a life shaped by deep-seated anxiety and the pressure to be someone she wasn’t.
